Sergei leads the business case, budget, manufacturer comparisons and delivery. Valeria leads the formula, samples, technical brief and development coordination. You approve the product direction and choose the manufacturer.

Time and ownership

A usual planning window is 3–6 months. Some projects can take 2–3 months; complex projects may need 12–18 months. Your custom-developed formula rights, manufacturing technology and ingredient supplier details are transferred under the project agreement.

What to bring to our first conversation

Your salon or spa website, the clients you serve, a product idea or reference, and an approximate launch budget. We will help identify the decisions that need to come first.

Packaging, samples and the finished presentation

We select suitable bottles, jars, tubes and dispensing formats from local, national and international suppliers. We send packaging samples, coordinate compatibility and functional testing, and create product renderings for agreed marketing materials. Packaging minimums and customization costs are shown separately before ordering.

The starting production quantity is 500 units per SKU — one distinct product variant. The unit price is quoted against your actual formula, fill volume, packaging and order size.
